Project would include the demolition of the existing 1,109 sq, ft. building (Weinerschnitzel) on a .46 acre lot and replace it with a 3,720 square foot multi-tenant commercial building. 1,800 square feet would be dedicated to a drive-through Starbucks business and the remainder available to future retail users.
