SIP & SHOP DOWNTOWN OCEANSIDE

buy in advance & save! Join us as we kick off the Seventh Annual ’Tis the Season to Shop Local with this walkable Downtown Oceanside shopping experience. On Small Business Saturday, enjoy tastings from your favorite Oceanside breweries, wineries and craft beverage makers while you explore Downtown shops, enjoy in-store specials and listen to live holiday music during our largest craft beverage tasting event yet. Participate in the Shop Downtown & Win event along the way for a chance to win local prizes. For $30 in advance or $40 the day of, you'll receive 1- to 3-ounce tastes of local beer, wine, coffee, tea, craft cocktails or spirits.
Online ticket sales end at 1 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 25. Starting at 10:00 a.m. on Nov. 25, you can buy tickets at check-in at the Oceanside Civic Center Fountain. Ticket sales and check-in end by 2 p.m. Come sip, shop and support local!

In order to make your check-in experience easier, please take a few minutes to review the information below to save yourself some time on Saturday.
CHECK-IN IS OPEN FROM NOON TO 2 PM
AT THE CIVIC CENTER FOUNTAIN
330 N. COAST HIGHWAY
TASTING STARTS AT 1 PM
CHECK-IN: All participants will need to check in. Check-in will be located AT THE CIVIC CENTER FOUNTAIN @ 330 N. COAST HIGHWAY (CORNER OF N. COAST HWY AND PIER VIEW WAY)
IMPORTANT: Each participant should be prepared to show a photo ID at check-in. At check-in, you will receive your lanyards. Wristbands will be required for 21+ beverage tastings.
Each paid ticket will receive a lanyard with a card that looks like this:

Your lanyard card will serve as your ticket to receive your tastes. Each participating business will mark your ticket when you receive your taste. YOU MUST HAVE YOUR CARD TO RECEIVE YOUR TASTES.
PER ABC RULES, you must be wearing a wristband to receive alcoholic beverages. Each participant should be prepared to show a photo ID at check-in.
PARKING: We encourage you to park at the Civic Center parking garage (300 North Coast Highway). There are hundreds of free parking spaces available. Note that there are two entrances to the facility - one on Ditmar Street and one on Civic Center Drive. Look for our signs.
BIKE PARKING: There is an unattended bike corral at the corner of Pier View Way and North Tremont Street.
DOGS: The tastings will be inside the businesses, not all of which are dog-friendly.

By participating in this event, you understand that you may be photographed, filmed, or videotaped and you hereby give Main Street Oceanside, Inc. the unqualified right to take pictures and/or recordings of you and grant the perpetual right to use your likeness, image, photo (collectively, "image"), without compensation, for broadcast or exhibition in any medium and to put the finished pictures/recordings to any legitimate use without limitation or reservation. You hereby waive, release and forever discharge Main Street Oceanside, Inc. from and against any and all claims or actions arising out of or resulting from any use of your image. Main Street Oceanside, Inc. shall not be obligated to use, and may elect not to use, your image.

Winner of the 2021 and 2022 Small Business Saturday Neighborhood Champion Innovation Contest by Main Street America and American Express, ’Tis the Season to Shop Local is an annual holiday campaign to support local retail businesses and artisans by encouraging residents and visitors to shop local during the holiday season. Sponsored by MiraCosta College and The Osider, the campaign is a partnership between MainStreet Oceanside, the City of Oceanside Economic Development, and the Oceanside Chamber of Commerce.
