No purchase necessary to participate. One check-in to each business on the passport equals one entry in a chance drawing to win these grand prizes. Drawing will be held between Dec. 16 and 20. The campaign is a partnership between MainStreet Oceanside, City of Oceanside Economic Development and the Oceanside Chamber of Commerce.
